'Thriller of the Year'
Daily Mail
'Hypnotic and scary' Stephen King

When aspiring writer Guinevere Beck strides into the bookstore where Joe works, he is instantly smitten.

But there's more to Joe than Beck realises and much more to Beck than her perfect facade. And the obsessive relationship quickly spirals into a whirlwind of deadly consequences...

A chilling account of unrelenting, terrifying deceit, Caroline Kepnes' You is a thriller more perversely clever and dangerously twisted than any YOU have ever read.

  • Amazing

The first time I had handled this book I thought it was going to be like every book I’ve read but once I started reading this book I couldn’t stop reading. It was an amazing book, definitely recommend it to everyone.

I could not put this book down. It had me totally hooked, well-written and addictive.
  • Thrilling from start to finish

Finished this book in 10 hours without putting it down! My absolute favourite now
  • Slow burn

The reviews are what lead me to but this book. I'm disappointed, however, much relieved to have finished it. I like a book that draws me in. That calls me back to read it. There were chapters that had me engrossed. But for the most part it was a slow burn without exciting explosions or tangling twists.
  • Definitely NOT Gone Girl 2.0

    By Kim_New88
Did I read a different version of this book to everyone else? I can't believe this book has received such positive reviews! The author writes in first-person narrative which is seemingly void of any basic punctuation. The intent of this is clearly to drive home the obsessive, racing thoughts of the protagonist; however what we are left with is endless ramblings that are frankly irritating to read. Used sparingly this technique could have had impact. The ending was obvious from the beginning, and I was happy to turn the last page and be finished with it. I would never recommend this book - anyone comparing it to Gone Girl has lost their mind.
  • By Far My Favourite Thriller!

    By Book whipped
First of all I have the hard copy of this book, not the Ebook. But that doesn't matter. All I can say is I literally stumbled upon it while on a family vacation. I spent the entirety of my trip of two days, attached to this very Novel. It's a must read. Brilliant page turned that will keep you up at night. If you're debating if it's worth it, well I can tell you now it will be the best few dollars of your book reading life.

Great easy read. Despite it being a thriller...still lots of laughs. Recommended

Seriously couldn't put this book down. Well worth the download. Be warned, this is for those who enjoy twisted characters!

It's Stephen King's Misery for the twenty first century. Caroline Kepnes is a gutsy author. She writes about obsession with the clearest prose I have every read, and I warn you that she doesn't mince words. If you are a touch prudish this may not be for you. (I am, but I'll put that aside for an author who knows how to handle their characters and story.) Original, exciting, and a book you will never forget. Caroline Kepnes has created a character in Joe that will creep you out but have you coming back, thrilled with anticipation each time you open the cover. You don't want to look, but you must. The ending is perfect and satisfying. Read this book as soon as possible. Everyone will be talking about it. My full review coming later. Just wanted to share this now that You is finally available. I was given this book by Simon & Schuster Australia in return for an honest review
